What everyone seems to be missing is the da*n things are OVER
(minimun) 17 years old. Can anyone tell anyone how many times
they got water logged? Is the potential buyer/wearer going to pay a
LAB, certified by NIHSTA, to test them prior to using same? Sort of
doubt it. Keep one thing in mind with 'used' belts -
THE LIFE AND/OR LIMB YOU LOSE WILL BE YOUR OWN (minimum).
