Not meaning to insult your inteligence, but did you make shure that the plug
wires are lined up on the distributor 1,3,4,2 in the COUNTER-CLOCKWISE
direction...once too many times, I have lined the plug wires up in the
clockwise direction (the direction of the crank pully) one too many times, and
yelled at myself for fudging up once it occured to me...it ran/backfired at me
like crazy...good luck.
