Since this was addressed to me, I suppose it bears a response.
This reminds me of the harmonic balancer on his C falling apart just before
the Missouri Endurance Rally in '97. I don't know how he does it, but
somehow he must have these things programmed to fail the day before a
competitive event, so he doesn't have to compete. That way he doesn't have
to take a chance on being embarrassed by something simple, like an MGA maybe.
