I have a 66B with a leaky fuel pump. It is an after market pump and is made of plastic. It works great, but has a leak in the inlet side. The plastic has a slight crack in the top part of the threads, probably from over tightening. Has anyone out there have any ideas for a fix other than a new pump. I tried teflon tape, no dice. Is there a gasoline proof thread dope out ther that will fix this? Doug 66B Charlotte, N.C. |
