Tail Lamps

Can someone help me with the correct "tail light / stop light" bulb for my
80 MGB. I think they are supposed to be GLB 380 (5/21 watts). There are
many to choose from: 1034, 1154, 1157, 2057, 2357, 2397. I have 1157's in
it now. I searched the web and could not find any specs on these bulbs.
