I called them two weeks ago about a used kingpin bushing reamer (thanks
again, Art!).  They got back to me right away (within 24 hours).  I order=
ed
the reamer and another part and had them at my door in two days.  Great
place, IMHO, but my experience is limited to this one transaction.  I do
know that they stay VERY busy, so don't give up.
