I live in a very rural area where it is not required.  As for the OD, I have
one on my 73 and I got used to having one and most of the driving I do is at
highway speeds and I like having the option.  I don't want to start another
OD war on the list or we all may end up on Jerry Springer. Later,  Don Walton
