65?? B

I have recently found a chrome bumper B that is in fair condition I
have lots of Midget information but not much at hand for the "B".  My
question is this a 5 main engine, the number is 18GB-U-H-1155. And the
chassis is GHN3L49717.  The owner thinks that it is a 62 but I believe
that it may be a 65. Any help sorting this out would be appreciated.
