As you may remember, I had to send my 70' GT to <deleted>
who promised!! they would remove my smoke producing engine.
Guess what: Oyeah the MG!!, well.._hmnooo_haven't_notyet_yousee_ehh,
vacation and lotsofwork.... and...and...
(sound of 40+ year old male crying... well, almost)
I do not have a garage yet, where I can do jobs like removing the
engine, so I have to pay somebody to do do it.
( $$$, or, in Norway, KrKr)
Don't know who to contact yet, just needed to get some frustration out
BTW ( please, I'm norwegian, so this may not be perfect)
I have on my kitchen table (not married) a weber (45DCOE) and a set of
K/N filters. The weber comes with two 'ram pipes'. The ram pipes are
supposed to be inside the filter, not removed ??
The ram pipes is mounted to the weber with nuts, and a sort of square
washer.
The K/N filter use the same bolts/nuts as the ram pipes, and comes with
a gasket that should be between the filter and carburetor. The problem
is that the washers does not fit between the weber/gasket/filter.
I may use force, and hope that the gasket gets flat enough, or carve
a bit of the hasket, to fit the washers.
A bit difficult to explain in English, but experience anyone ??
I am still waiting for manuals from MOSS ( Delayed because of the fire
in UK)
The weather isn't to good either.
