Window removal

Hello All-

Getting ready to strip all the hardware off my old door to transfer to the
new one.  In reviewing the Haynes manual, I find a pretty cryptic passage
about window regulator/glass removal.  The factory service manual is worse.

Can someone who has done this enlighten me?  I can't understand what holds
the glass in place, or how to remove it.  Are there any cautions for me to
be aware of?
