Can't wait to read how this can be done.  I last owned an MGA back in 
the mid 70s.  Since then I've watched as the prices have slowly 
gone over the top.  I'd love to have one as well, but a budget of 
$2000 is about all I've got and there are few (drivable) cars in 
that range.
