Hi Paul and Robert,

I was writing about VB's fast order receipt last Saturday. I got the order
(Zenith carb float and other small items) thru the USPS not UPS though I've
had good luck with both. I was especially pleased because my first call was
to SICP as they are local and I got their standard answer, of late, that
the product is on 'eternal' back order.

It sucks that you've both had problems with them. I think that keeping
these cars going is sometimes taxing enough with out the stress of mail
ordering parts. I guess I've been really lucky with my orders.

I have ordered, with good luck, from:
Dick Burger (Moss)
Victoria British
Northwest Import Parts
SICP

So far I've only ordered small, miscellaneous parts (except for my order to
Dick which was substantial) but my experiences with all have been good.

Usual disclaimers about no interest. I was just surprised and pleased with
their (VB) performance.

Now, on the other hand I've ordered parts from Northern Hydraulics for
various HotRod and trailer projects and have had horrendous delivery times
thru the USPS and average times thru UPS.
