Yes, the long-awaited time is here.
Last friday I took the first (very illegal) burst in the B..No
inspection, no insurance, no county tax sticker...but man it was worth
it.
First drive with new Damask Red paint on my 77B. Wind in the hair, it
was as if she was thanking me for her new paint job. First time on the
road finished since 1989. Man, what a high.
The only thing left to do is get those darn plastic mirror bases from
moss(on back order) so that I can see what is behind me.
Thanks to the list, I could have never done it without you guys (and
gals). Or at least, as quick. The advice and tips I have had has saved
so much time and energy, not to mention money.
So here's to BCW, drop the top, drop the pedal , and watch that smile
creep across your face.
We truly all drive cars with soul.
