(12C * 9/5) +32 = 53.6F

5/9 * (53.6 - 32) =  12C

Its kinda weird growing up in a time where the local media uses Fahrenheit
while we (students) are educated in Celsius.  Same with the metric system,
we are taught the metric system since Kindergarten... yet in real life the
empirical system is still employed.
