Stick with rebuilding the stock Armstrong lever shocks, or get new
ones. Avoid the conversion kits-- I don't like how they feel
(different) although other listers will disagree. Your local parts
dealers might be able to get them rebuilt, or a suspension place.
Sometimes Victoria British or Scarborough have them on sale-- Moss,
too.
Frontwork can be dangerous and difficult. I always leave it to pros,
who can do B's easily-- it's a piece of cake for them. No rust problem
in the front, only under the eaves of the body, higher up.
All in all B' work there is easy-- but dicey if you don't know what
you're doing-- especially the springs.
