#3 fuse - 76 B

Hello list
After my little smoking buzzer yesterday, I proceeded to remove it.  I
also removed the CD player.  I drove the car for 1.5 hours after that
last night.
I removed the heater also.  Today, my #3 fuse is blown.  This is the
fuse that works the ignition buzzer as well.  I know that it controls
the wipers and the instruments.  What else is on that circuit that would
cause the fault?
