Washer on MGA 1500 master cylinder cap?

Does the master cylinder on an MGA 1500 have a filler cap washer? Moss'
catalogue shows only one type of cap and a washer, without indicating 1500
or 1600. Yet it clearly states that the master cylinder covers are different.

I ordered a washer -- it does not fit my 1500 MGA! What's more, they
charged me twice the price of the washer in S&H. I wish Skip Kelsey were
not on vacation as he does not charge such an outrageous S&H rate on small
items!
