Dear Wisemen, Just curious if there is a consensus as to what would be the cause of slight waterbase soot type residue from the exhaust pipe, mostly right after start up; and it seems to be curbed after running for a while. Information about the car is 77 B, with 85,000; new remanufactured head that appears to be ported, recent carb rebuild, and new gas tank. Car sat stored for a few years prior to recent work just described. Thanks in advance, Robert Murray Katy, Texas |
