Okay, tomorrow I will head to my mechanic with all of your emails in hand to investigate the problem. If it IS the transmission, I'm very fortunate to happen to have the transmission for a 69 BGT handy! =) Next question would be, is it a simple swap, or is there more to this than meets the eye?
