Well, it could be your throw out bearing acting up. My S-10 makes a
cricket-like noise when the clutch is engaged. The Chevy dealer told me it was
a
design flaw in the tranny - the bearing is always spinning. He told me to let
it go
until I have clutch problems, or I pull the engine. So, that could be it. Do
you
know if you have a carbon bearing or a roller bearing? Good luck!
