Dear Bill,
It is quite apparent that YMMV. I've bought lots of stuff from MOSS and
they were extremely helpful, and knowledgable. I guess it depends on who
you talk to, eh? On the other hand, I think Moss's stuff is a bit on the
high price side so I use other suppliers. Northwest Imports (Steve is the
guy to talk to and I believe the owner operator since I always talk to
him) and Ted Schumacker in Pandora OH are some of the people I've dealt
with and have had nothing but good relations. For example, I replaced the
rear brake cylinders from Northwest and in putting those accursed clips
on, had one crack. Boy was I pissed. I called Steve on a saturday, leaving
a polite message on his machine, and by tuesday, I got a replacement clip
for nothing!
Ted used to race MGs and he knows everything about the beasts. He's been a
lot of help too.
Check 'em out. Don't forget Brittek or the roadster factory too.
