Dear Tom
The shocks I bought from Kragen were their store version of the 5877st
Monroes for the Colt. They only had a listing for 5877 in the Monroes, but
I think the "st" part of the listing is for "SensiTrac" which makes them
sound like a brand of condoms. At any rate, Monroe has a new version of
that shock that they call something other than sensitrac. These new guys
were about 40 bux each. Monroe makes shocks for Kragen and I bought the
5877 equivalent. So far no problems but you have to decide on your own if
this is alright for you and of course, as I am a genetic engineer, not an
automotive engineer, I may not know what I'm doing and I can't take any
responsibility for what you do to your car and all the other usual
disclaimers yadda yadda yadda.

=%O BTW, I like the tube shock conversion so far, but I used the store brand
=%O equivalent (Kragen) of the Monroe shocks for the Dodge Colt. They fit
=%O perfectly etc. and were half the price of the Monroe model. I've noticed
=%O drasticly better bump handling, but then that was with the old worn

=%O What were the part #'s on those shocks, and from what store? Does
=%Oanybody have the part #'s for the Roadhandler shocks. I'm thinking about
=%Odoing the rear conversion.
