Major modifications

Once I get the MGB running well I was thinking about major modificatins to the
engine. I have seen pictures of a MG Maestro Turbo. Is this the same engine as
in my B??? If so what other mods are needed to bolt up a turbo to a carbed
engine, again I am a EFI freak but know nothing about carbs. Also if my engine
is fryed, are there any low milage engines out there for sale. If so what do
they normally run. Thanks
