<<The last MG to use mostly Whitworth and BSF was the TF; MGAs started the use of SAE. To the best of my knowledge, the only remaining Whitworth fitting on a B is the plug on the side of the block, immediately above the pressure relief valve....... If I recall correctly, the thread on the crank pulley bolt is also Whitworth on 'A's and 'B's'. Is there a prize for trivia? Bill S. |
