Ron,
Well, as with any other car, it varies with age, marital status,
driving record, multi-car discounts, etc., but State Farm charges me
$452/year for full coverage on my '72 convertible. Limits
are $100,000/$300,000/$50,000, with a $100 deductible on
comphrehensive claims, and a $200 deductible on collision claims.
The car is driven daily in the Norfolk, Virginia area. The same
limits on the same car were $600/year in the Pensacola, Florida
area. If you're paying $360/month for a Mazda MX-6, I suspect you
have some problems on your record. I only paid $1400/year on a Trans
Am when I was 16.

P.S. I would recommend liability-only coverage ONLY if it's not your
sole means of transport, or you can afford to pay for a replacement
car out-of-pocket. Full coverage is important, but sometimes it's
the only thing that will get you into another car if yours is
totalled and you're at fault. I've always kept full coverage on all
of my cars and motorcycles, regardless of the value of the vehicle.
