You are about to recieve tons of bad advice. You may:

1. Try to make sence of all the replies.

2. Guess.

3. Do what the book says.

My bad advice: I use 30wt Castrol or Penzoil depending on whats
cheaper, mood, who's giving away ball caps, that sort of thing.
I will not use Quaker State in any of my fleet. I once rebuilt 
a Chevy Camaro engine that I *only ever* used Quaker State in.
What a mess. Never again.
