sleezy cylinder question

Hi Folks, first off, thanks to all that helped with the Cranking information
I have decided to go with a VB refab. 

I have seen in the VB catalog that the cylinders of the late MGB have a
sleeve inside the cylinder shafts. Do these sleeves come standard with the
late engines?
