OIL COOLERS.

I have noticed that MOSS have advertised "OIL COOLERS".
Is this item originally on a 1979 MGB, or is it classed 
as an after market "add-on" ?
There is no oil cooler on my LBC so I was just wondering
if I should install one, or will the car be just as happy
without it.
