I just came across my notes:
Diameter: 13 1/2
Thickness at center mount: 1.143
Thickness at ring gear mount: 0.935
Relieved depth: 0.338
Metal thickness at clutch plate: 0.597
Weight: 22 pounds (with ring gear).
The measurements are relative to the flat backside of the flywheel.
