Lindsay Porter MGB Service Manual

Triple C has a service and maintenance manual which is advertised to
cover the MGB and it's variants, the C, V8, and even the RV8. Does
anyone have this manual, and if so, how thorough it the coverage of the
C? I have a copy of the factory manual, and would like something that
might fill in the cracks.
