Enrique,
If you're talking about the chrome finisher pieces on
the fronts and backs of the top rails, yes they are
available.  Don't remember the price but Moss/VB
both have them.

The fans are also available, as are the switches and
relays and motors etc (I think but I have a 76 so
it doesn't have them).  You can also convert to a
single 10" (either from the usual suppliers or, gasp!,
AutoZone).
