Midget covers

Me again -

Can anyone recommend a good cover under $100 that can at least repel water
if I get caught in the rain.  The car is usually stored in a garage, but
the garage is about 10 miles from my house, so the car sometimes sits in
the driveway overnight, and I'd like to give it some protection other than
an ugly plastic tarp.  I also need it to double as a dust-proof cover for
winter storage.
