Okay, here's my problem.
I attempted my post-rebuild valve adjustment
(@1000mi). #8 is fully open, #1 fully closed.
I knew that #1 was the problem anyway (it's
a bit noisy). So I slacken the nut and slacken
the screw, but the valve moves open (there
was no clearance anyway). So I still can't
get any clearance on #1. I tightened it back,
but the wrong amount, and now it runs like
an ill diesel. How do I get clearance on
valve #1 (the others seem okay)? My B
sits ill in the garage :(
