Midget in the Movies....

Just watching an old movie on video, John Candy's Armed and Dangerous.
There's a scene where Candy gets the driver of a Semi truck to crash though
a traffic jam.  On of the vehicles the truck crashes into is a red rubber
bumper Midget.  Oh the humanity...

Isn't there a law against treading MG's like that?
