Excuse my ignorance, but what benefit does such a head offer? Granted it
is lighter in weight. But beyond that, what other benefit is there over a
new/rebuilt cast iron head. Seems like I recall some problems with
aluminum heads on cast iron blocks, but I may be mistaken there. As i
prepare to have my head rebuilt this off season, inquiring minds want to know.
