Still exhausted

I'd like to meet the engineering genius who designed the flange stud
placement on the exhaust manifold! I just spent a couple hours removing
the last two nuts & reinstalling 5 of 6 of them. The last one won the
battle (not the war). HELP! How do I get the last nut started (the one
next to the block that I can't even touch)?

Thanks in advance for your help . . . this is a new experience for me!
