Hey Gang - 

My spouse is a Trauma Surgeon at San Antonio's largest medical center. 
Daily she has the unenvialble task of attempting to patch together persons
injured in a variety of automobile accidents.  When I posed the seatbelt
question her response was this:

"If you're not intelligent enough to wear your seatbelt, be kind enough to
be an organ donor".
