Hi All, I know that there is a difference in width of the tube-type wire wheel rear end and the tube type disc-wheel rear end by about 3". Is the disc wheel rear end narrower or wider than the wire wheel axel? Does anyone have any experience with converting a wire wheel rear end to disc wheels? The general opinion is that a complete rear end swap is required and/or easier. Thanks, Rich 1970 MGB with wire wheels |
