LBC?

This is a genuine question? Am I the only person on this list, or Earth
maybe, who doesn't know what an LBC is? Since everyone else seems to know,
and the list is too full of non MG nonsense already, perhaps replies should
come to me at ricka@mich.com.

I thought I knew what UPS stood for. The U is for United, isn't it?
