600cc LFC mower

Ryan Watson asked about California smog laws concerning his LFC 600cc
fromagemobile.  If your car is less than 50 cubic inch displacement, it is
exempt from testing and regulation right now BUT the State lawmakers are
starting to look at power lawn mowers and leaf blowers with a gleam in
their eyes, so you might be out of luck in a few years. I guess that you
could attatch a reel mower to the front and call it an enclosed ride-on
