A machine shop guy once told me to use 30W non-detergent oil during the break-in period on a rebuilt engine. Supposed to help the rings seat. The only stuff I can find doesn't appear to be very high quality oil. Any advice out there about what's best to use? John Middlesworth '72 MGB |
