Steering Column

        The steering column in my 77 Midget is in bad shape!!  The windshield
wiper control handle is just ONE green wire hanging from the column and the
blinker control does not stay in one position.  I would like to know if I
need to get a new column or just a FEW parts to fix it.  Also is there
anywhere I can send my insturment gauges to be refurbished or do I need to
get new gauges, they seem to work fine but they look very BAD!!
