Nope, it's not. The 948 used a SMALLER, LIGHTER SPRING PRESSURE clutch
pressure plate than the 1275.

You need the mechanical advantage of the larger bore to overcome the
increased spring resistance of the stronger clutch assembly.

I guess it depends on the quads in your left leg, and the driving mix
you do. Lots of around town stop and go driving, and you'll feel it.
After a while though, you won't really notice it; but you'll walk funny.
You'll also notice that it will be harder to "feather" the clutch if
you're stopped on a hill and just starting to go.
