Midget/Sprite 5 speeds

Can anyone confirm the rumor tha the Suzuki Samurai/Sidekick 5 speed trans is
a direct bolt in conversion for Sprites/Midgets ?  I've heard that the
original flywheel/clutch assy. can also be retained. Too good to be true? 
Also why isn't the Healeys list responding?  I tried poting 2 different
questions to that list and have never seen their posting to the list.

Not believing what I hear in Texas,
