Yup. Been there. Buy new 2nd gear (ouch) and three new synchros. Make
sure the caged needle bearings on the laygear shaft, and the shaft
itself are not bad. Six new springs under the little detent balls for
the 1-2 and 3-4 slip ring wouldn't be a bad idea either. Then a gasket
set.

Clutch?

Say see'ya to 1/2 a large.
