Exhaust

Hello,

I need to replace the exhaust on my '79 B, from the manifold back and 
including the catalytic converter.  I've heard of "high-performance" 
exhaust systems.  Can anyone attest to their effectiveness in increasing 
horsepower?  Do/can they include a converter?  Can any of the lurking 
parts dealers give me a good price on the stock and/or performance system?
