Last year I wrote in with a comment on what I saw as a Lucas comeback. My local
auto dealer is an official Lucas dealer and he sells all kinds of Lucas
hydraulic and electrical components for English and Japanese cars.
Lucas has gained a good international market as I saw their parts selling in
South America.
And my experience with their new stuff has been good. My Toyota Landcruiser
uses Lucas alternator, regulator, and starter.
I still find it mind boggling. This is the Lucas I grew up with (the prince of
darkness!)?
