My '80 B has one.

On the '80 B the ground strap is on the gearbox mount. It goes from
one of the bolts which holds one of the rubber shock mounts to the
gearbox, to the frame cross member. I believe that there were
at least two different versions of the gearbox mount setup so yours may
be different.

Your posting did not say what year the car was. The induction heater
was used on the single ZS carb models. It is in one of the spacers
between the carb and the manifold. As I recall, there is some sort
of thermosat in it which cuts in below some temperature (40 F?) to
preheat the air fuel mixture. If you have one, you will see a small
spade connector on one of the spacers between your carb and the
manifold.
