Hi Ken:
Futher to your comments, I have a '70B roadster with SUs and overdrive.
The engine is completely stock and original with about 50,000 miles. I get
between 32 and 34 mpg Imperial on the highway. That works out to about 38
to 41 mpg US. My engine is not a smog motor and has had its air pump and
gulp valve removed.
