I just found a new 1/43 scale MG Midget from DetailCars at the Strictly 43rd Model Show in Chicago last weekend. Left hand drive with Type 1 Rostyles. It's labelled as a Mark IV '69 (MK. IV??). European spec taillights. Nicely proportioned. Cost $24. Top down and hardtop versions. I bought a green one, a friend of mine bought a white one. Made in China. Probably similar to the overdue Corgi Midget. Saw a bunch of Joeuf Legend MGBs. Kim Tonry Downers Grove, IL USA |
